10am-10:40am Korie Edwards "The Importance of an Accurate Diagnosis: Disentangling Race, Ethnicity, and Culture"
It will address diagnosing social problems that are racial, cultural, or ethnic, and give solutions to dealing with these problems. 
11am-11:40am Trillia Newbell - Diversity is a Noun, Let’s Make it a Verb
 God wants us to get to know our neighbors—including those who aren’t like us.  As we get to know and love those who are not like us, we reflect the gospel that is for all nations.

 3:45pm-5pm  Richard Rieves Embracing the Poor in Your Church Plant In order to have a healthy church, and be a healthy Believer, we need diversity of class. We will present practical steps toward building this diversity in a church plant.  
2pm-5pm Stephen Newby Worship  Worship Arts and the reconciliation of God's people
2pm-3:15 Crawford Loritts Non-Profit Thinking right about diversity in Non-profit organizations.

The purpose of the Kainos 2015 is to gather leaders who either seek to start multi-ethnic ministries or churches, or who aspire to transition their current homogenous ministries into a multi-ethnic trajectory.
